yes but i am playing in the game..so its not lowering, and some people hang out too much in the mod forums.. or set up offices in different forums

hang out in the mod forums too much.
To get a post there, you have to almost ban someone or volunteer for more work. And sometimes you get extra work without even volunteering. (hence my new office) It's a cinch I don't do that for the post count. That's a lot of reading material, and I'll probably end up buying the game. I've had so much success with rts games. 'Sir, oh sir, your country was just destroyed', 'oh, I was out having a smoke, did something happen'.

Yeah, quite a few times I'll come back from a smoke and have missed something. And then do something stupid.
Like researching pottery after someone has already built HG.
Attacking someone thinking I still had the suprise bonus. (particularly embarassing)
Wondering why I didn't get the free tech from PHilo, because someone has already done it.
Not realizing that everyone already has an embassy with me.

Smoking is obviously dangerous for your CIV.

He manages to play GalCiv and RoN quite a bit from what I've seen.
