	Tech poll: Support Apolyton, buy Galactic Civilizations: Deluxe Edition

As Function Book is unavailable due to maintenance, I'll post the poll what our first tech should be. I checked what options we have, and these are what we can research: Doctrine: Mobility, Planetary Networks, Industrial Base, Social Psych and Nonlinear Maths. As you can see, no Centauri Ecology. You have one vote, and two days. When there's a tie, there will be a second poll with the two (I presume) winners.

I voted for Planetary Networks, since it is both useful (Planned) and a pre-requisite for Industrial Automation (as Industrial Base is).

Nonlinear Math could be very useful too, if we build one (just one) impact rover, we could explore and kill any foe that walks in our path, and use our techsteal. Nobody will even have synthmetal yet :evilgin:

That brings another question. Are we builders, conquerors, or a little of each? I favour the little of each personally, as it get's us techs fastest. Use tech steal, but use our research much too

Use whatever is best for the faction... and what is best for the faction is usually measured in how technologically advanced we are. Let's do pretty much anything for techs... research as much as we can, but don't be afraid to tech steal if it's in our advantage.

I'm going with Planetary Networks too... it's useful, and it's even in character.
