resolution? Support Apolyton, buy GURPS/ Alpha Centauri

In the readme there are talks about diffrent resolutions.
But i can't find a option to change them.

1. Is there an option?
2. If yes, where?
3. If not, what do they talk about in the readme?

Increase the size of your Attachments

I think resolution defaults to 1024x768 and I don't think there's anyway to change it.
