	Can't play: Mouse flickering !?? Support Apolyton, buy Alpha Centauri

Hallo,

today I bought the RON-full-version. But I can't play because my mouse is flickering and I can only see the cursor if I move the mouse verry fast back and forth.

In the readme I see, I can solve the problem, if I add -nohwcursor to the start Icon. But it dosn't help. There is no effect on this.

Direct X 9 ist installed and the letest Nvidea-Driver also.
My System: AMD Atlon 2.0 Prozessor - GF 2 MX-400,
256 MB Ram.

Other RTS-Games (AOM, Generals, WC3) runīs without problems. Praetorians has the same problem, but there I can choose Hardware-Cursor in the Game-Options.

Can someone help ?

Go into your Rise of Nations folder and find the "rise2.ini" file and open it up with notepad. Find this line:

ForceHardwareCursor=0

Change the 0 to a 1 and save. Should fix that problem.

Here for all, who have the
same problem. In RISE2.ini
I set "ForceHardwareCursor" from
0 to 1 ...

AND (!!) I must set "ForceBWCursor" from
0 to 1.
