Internal Affairs Consulate: Worker plan Put an end to popups!

This time, the worker plan doesn't include the Imperial City worker that is controlled by Ghengis.

Proposed orders:
Trip: Finishes mine.

Republic Worker 2: Building a road towards city site #1 on Ghengis' map.

Reccomendation:
Worker that will be created by The Hill in about 6 turns: Go West, road, then west, road and mine.

Support Apolyton, pre-order Civilization IV

Any worker created by the citystates belongs to the citystate that created it unless they were told to build it by the central government. Therefore the worker created by The Hill is The Hill's worker.

You need to request more workers if you need them.

City Numbers are the estimated order of their founding:

Support Apolyton or Terrorists Win

If those people in charge of their own workers could please post about what they are planning to do with them, then we can coordinate workers better.

i.e: The Hill. I had a request to road W of it, and road+mine WSW of it. The thing is, by the time the WSW tile will be improved with the current queue, The hill will still not have expanded via culture, thereby making any improvements on that tile useless for a while. This is why I proposed to mine the W tile first.

Lets say that any workers that are not in the care of the Consul of Internal affairs, the CoIA can make reccomendations as he sees fit. The Kings do not have to follow these, though.

Therefore the 'orders' for The Hill worker are just reccomendations. I will edit my original post to reflect that.

On the topic of city placement: I disagree with the order. I think the order should be 1-4-2-3. Both cities 2 and 3 would be pretty corrupt; whereas 1 and 4 could turn into productive cities much quicker. Currently, we are not prepared for a war on Roleplay. We need productive cities NOW, not later.

Support Apolyton buy from Amazon

Updated worker plans as well as the reccomendation for Hot_Enamel's future worker.

Also, about the order of the cities, I now see your point. Settlers from Port Isolation will settle the Eastern part of the continent.
