This time, the worker plan doesn't include the Imperial City worker that is controlled by Ghengis.
Proposed orders:
Trip: Finishes mine.
Republic Worker 2: Building a road towards city site #1 on Ghengis' map.
Reccomendation:
Worker that will be created by The Hill in about 6 turns: Go West, road, then west, road and mine.

If those people in charge of their own workers could please post about what they are planning to do with them, then we can coordinate workers better.
i.e: The Hill. I had a request to road W of it, and road+mine WSW of it. The thing is, by the time the WSW tile will be improved with the current queue, The hill will still not have expanded via culture, thereby making any improvements on that tile useless for a while. This is why I proposed to mine the W tile first.
Lets say that any workers that are not in the care of the Consul of Internal affairs, the CoIA can make reccomendations as he sees fit. The Kings do not have to follow these, though.
Therefore the 'orders' for The Hill worker are just reccomendations. I will edit my original post to reflect that.
On the topic of city placement: I disagree with the order. I think the order should be 1-4-2-3. Both cities 2 and 3 would be pretty corrupt; whereas 1 and 4 could turn into productive cities much quicker. Currently, we are not prepared for a war on Roleplay. We need productive cities NOW, not later.
