Wait till next turn to buy the airport in Chelybinsk, first we dont have the money and second it will take a siberian two turns to get there anyway.
Rush buy requests and ideas for Southern Front will be posted in Econ Ministers thread.
Two labor brigades in Stalingrad put to work. One sent to Astrakhan to nuild Industry and one flown to Groznyy for road construction. Comrade Grenski I need those labor brigades on the other side of the Caspian sea when all the roads are built. I need to industrialize and irrigate Tashkent and Ashkabad.
Orsk population point taken off Bauxite Mountain and put to work gathering food to avoid starvation. Next problem is Orenburg. One laborer will be homed to Petropavlosk next turn which is at +2 surplus. One laborer back to Orenburg populace. That should hold off starvation till the end of winter.
Lots of units blinking in Urals. AA in Sverdlosk needs an airlift to the front.
Comrade Grenski I would rush a Red Guard in Baku to improve happiness.
Then I would put two each of those stray red armies wandering around the mountains in Baku, Tbilisi, and Batumi then ship the units with any value north like those Naval Infantry in Batumi, and the Red Guard you are going to build in Baku. But only after the Red Army's arrive.

Yes, we need the naval infantry from Batumi, we should use red armies to keep the cities 'happy'! We need our best troops at the front!
For the Rodina and the Party!

A few things for the marshal:
I noticed that in Kitela, we can have a red guard in 5 turns instead of 20, if we change a city production square from ocean to the sawmill. It gives us the same amount of food, more trade AND shields!
Also, do we first want barracks in Pavlov and Rzev, or anti tank defenses? I think we should first have the latter.
For the Rodina and the Party!
PS We could also think of renaming new founded cities! Something to debate about in the Politburo. After all, comrade Knapovitch has a city named after him!

Ah, Colwyn requested the red guard in Gomel (to prevent disorder I think) so you'll have to sort this out between the two of you.
