Let's keep our little nation secular as long as possible.

We're going to get Dyes without the help of a Temple in Tripolis, from a city that was placed specifically to access them.

It seems to me that we could find better things for our settlers to do than bury themselves in jungle, just to get some dyes. :: points northward:: With irrigation, that land could be pretty spiffy. :: points southward:: that land, on the other hand, will need a lot more work.

I agree with you F-P. But you're proposing we buid a Temple in Tripolis just to access Dyes, while I'm saying that we have perfectly good Dyes without throwing distance of one of our future cities.

As you can tell, I'm not a fan of building Temples to grab resources, especially for non-Religious civs.

What a waste of shields!

Tripoli has access to the iron tile, but due to waste it's down to 2 SPT. Until we get tiles cleared it should focus upon producing units and Workers. Until we switch to Republic and have size 5 cities, we don't need another luxury. That jungle needs to fall. That's the only reason I got both Apolyton and CDG so strong in my sims. That jungle has to drop.
