	Conquering a civ and... nothing Support Apolyton, buy Call to Power 2

I have PTW, but not patched, I think 1.03f or so.

So I conquere a civ and nothing happen. I should accquire thiers techs but no, I gain nothing.
I remember in civ3 1.29f that after conquering a civ I gained thier techs. Has it been change in PTW??
Maybe it's that that I play a scenario "Traped", is it possible that those rules are changed?

You never gain techs from conquering.

You get techs when you sign a peace treaty with a civ when you are clearly winning the war.

I do not know about PTW, but you do not get techs in Civ III by conquering a civ.

You never get tech when you conquor a Civ, thoughI believe that when you take over a whole Civ, you get one or two, Like German at the end of WW2

Nope! You never get any techs, not one not two not any. As mentioned before you can extort tech from people when negotiating or renegotiating peace bt you woun't get it when conquering.
