Well... the 1st round thread seems to have disappeared? I probalby shouldn't ahve posted in in when the site was hiccupping yesterdya, but here's the finals...

I know - I do not mind Karina getting little support in votes now. That's perfectly okay with me, it may be our 19th city, whatever... It is seeing people expressly oppose the name that is for a good reason dear to me that tastes somewhat sour... sigh... but as I said, nevermind...

vondrack: You shouldn't worry about it, I don't think anyone knew the rationale for Karina being on the list; I didn't. Certainly I don't think anyone was trying to be personally offensive. Now that I know the story behind Karina, I'll be sure to vote for it in future city naming polls

And "Vondrackus" or "Vondracita" or "Vondra" all sound pretty decent. "Vondrackalaca" if you wanted to get fancy.
