I notice that we've tried setting up trading threads twice before... the first time, it petered out after a while, and the second time, it died after a week or so. Is there any interest in setting up a new one?

Well, Centralis mainly specializes in Book Publishing, agriculture, Automobile Manufacturing, and high-quality manufactures; Ferrozoica (a Centralian colony to the south) mainly produces Information Technology and weapons; Greater Chimerica exports minerals and automobiles; and Capitalstan specilizes in automobiles and armaments (which I believe you expressed an itnerest in before). One of Alecrast's primary products is IT, both Hardware and Software. While we're not interested in the OS, we are most certainly interested in cash.

Alecrast would be most interested in those solar panels. We're looking to move away from the various nuclear technologies due to the risk of them being struck in potential attacks from our east, and so we might be able to reduce our use of Uranium, which is now in smaller supply without North and South Sheepsta providing them to us. These solar panels would work very well in the great wasteland deserts from the previous strikes, and while fragile and easily destroyed in the event of other attacks, aren't going to leave lasting environmental damage either.

While we're somewhat surprised that you would actually need to import it, given that's it's one of the most common minerals around... we can supply you with as much as you require, as probably could most other nations.

I usually RPed that Karakas is a manufacturer of small arms, but it's not on my NationStates description any more. It does have a book publishing industry, though. Go book publishing!

Just because an industry isn't on the nation description doesn't mean it doesn't exist - Capitalstan has never had an arms industry on the description, but it's #2 in the region. Same for both Capitalstan and Greater Chimerica in a lot of other areas, too.
