Er, anyway, only Baldwin, Mendus and Afshar are actually professors. The rest are normal lecturers with doctorates. One term I was taught by an untitled Mr. Cass, which was a bit strange...

No. You have lectures, and also personal tutoring with the particular specialist from your college (or somestimes other). They're both lecturers for the university, and tutors for students in Trinity College. Dr. Wallace (the top one) is a lecturer on Game Theory (2nd and 3rd year) and Mathmatical Economics and Econometrics (1st year). Dr. Seidel is new, and I have no idea what his specialties are.

No. Sometimes Grad Students take a supervision (1 on 1) if it's their specialty, and not one of your tutor's areas, but rarely.

Actually no. Oxford is runnign out of money. You do realise that in America you get about 4 tiems as much money per student, and Harvards endowment is worth 26 times as much as Oxfords. Compared to american Uni's, Oxford wouldn't be in the top 50 richest.
