what kind of food do you hate?

I'm talking about food you just won't eat for no logical reason. Allergics are excused


I eat pretty much anything except raisins and pineapples. beetroot is pretty gross too.

pineapple chunks are the worst by far. they can ruin a perfectly delicious salad. just the thought makes me shiver.

Pineapple is horrible! I can handle just a few little chunks, but all by itself? Even just thinking about having to eat it makes me sick.
Mushrooms aren't really my favourite either, but I can live with it.

And almost any fruit in a non-fruit salad/dish ruins it for me.

I am quite picky, but not to an embarassing level :

I generally don't eat seafood, spinash, stinking cheese, McDonalds-like food, and am often reluctant to eat mushrooms even though I'm much more prone to eat them than before.

I eat about all kind of vegetables, pasta/rice, meat and fish. When in a great restaurant, I eat everything except stinking cheese.

Sea urchin is a small boneless organism that lives in a spiny spherical shell. I had it once, raw on a bed of fish eggs wrapped in seaweed, at a sushi bar once.

Imagine tuna flavoured chewing gum that's been chewed till it's barely holding together. Now imagine it's putting up a fight as you swallow it. That's what eating sea urchin is like.

The sea urchin was horrific. The soft-shelled crab in a soy and garlic sauce was beautiful. The portion of raw tuna with a thin smear of wasabi wrapped in seaweed, rice, and roe was a religious experience.
