Observations and Musings from the Marshal
*Finns aren't gone yet. they just keep coming
*Luga and Novgorod look kind of weak heading into the summer, it would be nice if Henrikov would clear up how he sees that turning out
*I love how the 1st Ukranian Front is looking right now, Shaka's done a terrific job preparing his cities on the Don and that counterattack to retake Kharkov still has the German's confused
*Perekop looks ready to turn back any German attack, and Rostov is almost ready for the summer, 2 KV-1s are approaching the city and will be ready at the begining of summer. 3 AA guns and a Katyusha Rocket Unit are also cominng, although none of these units will arrive before the begining of summer. but they'll be there early on.
*The capture of Kholm and Veli Lukye was a terrific thing for the Northwest front and should help give them more space and comfort during the summer months, Moscow's Northern Flak looks very secure for the future!
*I haven't seen a single convoy sunk since I took over again! Excellent work comrade Yopov! I can't wait to see the fruits of our invasion of Norway

At last we can build the Sturmovhik, AND we get convoys via Ashkabad, which can almost not be destroyed! The war is finally turning our way, comrades.
Our fronts need reinforcements, but are stable, we are starting to get money, and the build-up in the Ural continues. If we can get through this summer without to great losses, the Germans won't know what happens to them when winter begins again and we get out our cities and drive them back to Berlin!!
For the Party and the Rodina!
PS I think the Germans are getting the pontoon bridge soon, so we need to be prepared in Kotelnikovo to counter their attacks

After a severe shore bombardment by the cruiser Gorbatjov and the destroyer Potempkin elite troops disembarked unto the heights just east of Talinn.
After a brief fight where two squadron of German Me 109 and one bomber squadron (fewer units than I expected ) where destroyed.
One regiment of German Wermacht Landsers assigned to defending the city also surrendered to the soviet arms.
Afterwards the industrial parts of the city where imidietly razed after some of the equipment was salvaged by acompanying engineers (Power Plant sold for 160.000 Rubles).
Soviet casualties where kept to a minimum and remaining forces where evacuated and are currently at sea heading back to Leningrad.
While the city isn't currently under German controll no regular Soviet Regiments where left behind and the city is expected to fall again within short.
As the marshal considers the cities of the baltic front poorly defended rush buy requests will be given to the economic minister...

Don't we need anti-tankdefenses in Arzamas? Next month they will start to attack us there, and we haven't got anti-tank defenses!!

I have been delibrately prioritsing the Southern fronts this month as that is where the heaviest attacks will come but I have saved 1027k rubles this month for emergencies if a particular front's situation becomes desparate.
The technology "War Productivity" will be finished this month, suggest we research "GOLERO Agency" next.
Yopov requests that a Siberain unit be airlifted to Murmamansk this month.
