i have play this game twice and i take 2 hours without any victory!!
i really need know how to win this game ?
i have "BOMM" all enemies' city but i got nothing
my game type is : custom
and victory type is : conquest

What do you mean by "Bomm" all enemy cities? Do you mean conquered them all?
What elimination type do you have? Are you sure you have all the cities conquered? I find I have to turn Capitol Victory on, otherwise it is almost impossible to win the game.

im not conquered all the cities
but im using ICBM to destroy all enemy's city
one question : why my tanks burn itself when reached enemy spot ?
i can see a RED LIGHT under the tank..what is that ?
and where can i get the information about all ages ?

The red light is attrition, it slowly kills your units in enemy territory unless you bring along a supply wagon.
Nuking the enemy with ICBMs isn't enough, you must capture all their cities (by moving in your ground forces) or capture their capitol to win.
