how i make ( in the demo game) units in army to move at the speed of the slowest unit there?-because they horses always rush forward

You can use the "Move Forward" command to move short distances like that.

To see the "Move Forward" command in the command display, you need to have the advance interface turned on.

on a side note, having the horses as their own control group really pays off.

when you meet your enemy head on with infantry, have the horses come around the side, and flank them.

I like to have a front line control group of mixed heavy and ranged infantry, a second control group for cavalry to use as Uber describes, and a third control group of siege. The infantry and siege groups each get a general and a supply wagon, the cavalry may or may not depending on circumstances. However to avoid having people do to me what Uber is describing, I like to also assign a few heavy infantry to my siege group.
