I would say your first task is within, selecting a General Secretary. After that he has to selecte fellow Politburo members to fill key positions, like Armaments Commisar and Economic Commisar among others. We're nearly finished with this current month, I suggest that the Politburo actually begin working in the month of May. Which would mean that the last month these members serve would be April 1943.

Maybe we won't even need an election. If everybody nominates comrade Knapovitch, wether it is voluntarily or because you don't want to show an other opinion out of fear for retaliation , he will be Secretary General.

Xenozod, I think it depends also on you. Nothing has been said about the junior officers, so maybe you can tell what you want to do or ask a Politburo member to become his assistent. Perhaps we even better wait until we have a Secretary General and everybody gets a job, and he appoints you for some task or so.

Comrade Alsahafsky, we don't spread propaganda, we only tell the truth! We have had victory after victory, and accomplishment after accomplishment! There is nothing to complain about but the few unloyal communists that we hear of now and then. We should set their re-education as a priority!

As for Xenozods translation, this is true for all Politburo members, but that is no reason to put it here for everybody to read! After all, the Politburo runs the country, and when something goes wrong, we can always blame the Secretary General, the Marshal or his front commanders. We only make good and wise decisions, they don't succesfully do what we say them to do

We don't want full control because then we also take full responsibility! We want as little real tasks as possible , but we want to stick our nose into everything without having a risk of being blamed when things go wrong! You still have a lot to learn about politics, comrade Xenozod!

PS I would advice you to learn very quick, because Russian politics are a bloody game. We need refreshments every now and then
