Man, would it not have been so much better if she had been serious?

Anyway, I think this raises two issue:

1. Is it within the right of one satte to attack another state (not the Union, but just another state?)?

2. If Iowa and Nebraska went head to head, who wins?

Any other possibly interesting State v state matchups out there? Note, they have to be next to each other.

1.) Feds control interstate commerce. They also have power to nationalize both states militia. Plus US constitution only gives power to declare war to US Congress.

I say we (Nevada) conquer California, if only to close the Cali casinos and stop the overwhelming influx of Cali residents moving to this state.

And no, you cannot have the rest of Lake Tahoe.

Depends on the kind of war. Trench warfare would give Nebraskans a serious edge, because such warfare requires the ability to endure months or even years of mind-numbing stasis and monotony. In other words, it's just like living in Nebraska.
