City Placement Support Apolyton, buy Civilization: The Boardgame

In the General forum I ran across the acronym CTTP in regards to civ placement. Can someone explain what CTTP is for me? thanks!

I belive it goes like this: CTTC, which means City-Tile-Tile-City.
