ok... Master Zen...

Well, the "Master" part comes from a japanese imitation I used to do a few years back, I used to bother my friends saying things like "master says do this, master says do that..." in a japanese accent.

The "Zen" part comes from actually giving this fictional alter ego a name. It was inspired by the Daily Show's "Moment of Zen" at the end.

There you have it, Master Zen

FWIW, I didn't actually report the thread, just posted in it. I have no personal objection to spamming, just don't like to see nice people get banned. I'm glad to see that these threads are allowed (I hadn't seen any outside the OT before), it would have been kind of lame if they weren't.

Enough finger pointing, I think. I can see why mods do not normally say who reported what. Anyone is free to cruise through all and every thread reporting them to Ming and the owners. I doubt action is taken very often, and less so the more that a person sends frivolous reports. It just so happens that we members who can top threads get the notice too. In the words of any good mobster, forget about it.

Back to topic... I wanted a user name on hotmail that wasn't abbreviated and did not have numbers or other characters in excess of the name. Ronin95, or WhiteKnight967? Not for me. I tried everything I could think of, and then just started trying strings of English. notyoueither was accepted as unique. In retrospect, I can't believe I was so fortunate that such a fine name had never been taken by anyone else.

I've been called by my nick several times in the past, but as it's mostly only family now who know it, it doesn't happen too often.

i.e. My Mom will call and leave a message to have E.T. phone home, but it's still rare.

My name is Levi, shortened from Leviathan. Seems there was already a Leviathan on poly. I got the nickname Levi while roleplaying Leviathan on a mud. Pronounced like a device that holds back water, a levi. Not the way you would pronounce the brand of denim jeans.

The Leviathan is a large sea beast from the bible. The leviathan is a very evil sea beast and, coincidently, LEVI is an annogram for EVIL.

Some of you might also know I have gone by the name Exedor. Exedor was one of Mork's friends on mork and mindy that often spoke to people in the room that no one else could see.

It's not like he's doing it behind your back. The URL was advertised well, especially after the last major downtime, and you've read all the gossip about you and just chose not to reply.

I just want to remind everyone we have attracted Ming's attention here at least once so far. I'm pretty sure we don't want to have him take notice TOO many times, else there may be more drastic actions taken than the last post of his.

So please, let's tone things down a bit. I understand what is happening here, but I don't want to see it affecting our little game, and I hope everyone else can understand.

Posts have been reported to the mods - everyone will understand what happens when this occurs too much, and I don't want that to happen to anyone here. Can we try and stop the personal attacks, because even as light as they may seem, they are too much.

Cheers guys. Any further problem- take it up with one of the forum mods, preferably me, nye or BigFree.

My name is actually the name of a street that my brother lived on a few years ago. Well sort of. The street he lived on was Donegal Drive. Donegal is the name of a city in Ireland next to the border of N. Ireland. I am not Irish in anyway (save for one day a year). I just thought that the name sounded cool and decided it would make a great cyber name. My problem is that I can't speall worth a shite and typed it wrong. What the hell, its unique!
