No Resources Suffering from ads?

I have to say I like GalCiv, which gives peace a chance compared with CivIII.

However, I've run into "No Resources" a couple of times after reloading saved games. The macro economy screen shows the economy humming along but the individual planet screens show no resources available for military or social projects.

I'm too new to declare this a bug rather than human error on my part. Any thoughts?? If it is a bug, I'll put up some save files.

What are the planet classes? If they're too low it may be taking everything it has to keep the planet alive.

It was all the planets at once. It also affected research.

Put an end to popups!

Check your money. If you go below -500 then all production and research shuts off until you are back above -500. Adjust your spending level so that you get it above -500.

That might be it. Is there a chance that money will be different between the save and the reload? Will look tonight. Thanks
