Constitutional Congress Support Apolyton

The constitution of the Human Hive has recently been completed by the Central Continuing Committee, and the CCC request input from the Peoples' Advisory Council pertaining to the constitution.

Furthermore a Charter of Rights and Freedoms has yet to be entrenched into the constitution, the CCC requests the the PAC submit formal drafts of such a charter for analysis and incorporation into the formal constitution of the Human Hive.

(How much of this constituition is pure lies - i.e. freedom of speech, no arrest without reason, etc?)

I submit that :

The Chairman is not bound by the constitution, and is allowed to work freely for the benefit of the whole people and state. The Chairman may also change the constitution at any time to make it "more free for the people"

And,

The Chairman may extend this freedom from the constitution to any ministers, deputies, etc. as he sees fit, in order to allow them also to work freely for the benefit of the people.

Full PM-box? Change here!

Speech may be free, but we can still ignore/nerve staple dissidents.

But seriously, the constitution sounds pretty liberal in some areas, are they blatant lies?

I suggest you take a look at Article 34 of the new constitution. Suffice it to say everything you suggested is incorporated into one tiny line.

Read the constitution carefully Comrade, believe me it’s far from liberal. It’s just that there are really subtle lines in there that pretty much ensure the stability of the State.
