400W should be plenty. A 350W would do equally well - it's not usually the processor and mainboard that draw most power, it's the flipping drives. Imagine having a RAID server - you can see why some need more power.
MIND YOU, a higher capacity PSU will usually run cooler - so it's best to overestimate rather than under.
Try your present one - it will probably be fine.
