	Patine's Modern Europe BETA Support Apolyton

Originally, this scenario was meant as a companion of sorts to my Contemporary Middle East scenario (of which the BETA and all its constructive criticism can be found on another recent thread on this forum labeled "Patine's New Scenario") and a Yugoslavian scenario I'd planned for the future, and thus this scenario was actually in its current form at the time the Middle Eastern scenario was actually posted. No formal readme has been made, though the introductory text should cover the basics. This scenario does share the flaw with the current Middle East scenario of far too many railroads (though I've heard Europe actually does have an abundance of them), but I'm looking for other constructive criticism to help make it tenable. I plan to rework this scenario anyway, so any input is welcome and even asked for. Thanx.
