Support Apolyton, buy Civilization: The Boardgame

The song they are playing on the radio makes me think they are like a cross between Nightwish and Linkin Park... once they get rid of the Linkin Park elements, their music will be listenable...

I usually don't listen to pop music, but I like the "Bring me to life song" that I hear on the radio. Creative or not, I like the way it sounds -- and music is made of sounds.

Put an end to popups!

I don't know where these comparisons to goth-metal come from. To me, they sound like a typical late-80's metal band. I can handle some retro metal now and then. I've only heard the single they play on the radio all the time. It's got some hooks. What draws my attention to the band is the chick. Her voice has a vulnerable siren-like quality to it (like Tori Amos, Portishead) that makes you want to rescue her or something. Plus she is really hot... btw, the guy that raps on that song isnt part of the band - he was making a guest appearance on that song.

Very, very boring, predictable and cheesy. Just like all the other purposefully commercial "nu-metal" bands that have sprung up like mushrooms over the last few years.

Tired of ads?

utter shite.

btw if anyone caught their performace on radio 1, the vocals were ok, she has a powerful voice, but the guitar, ****ing hell, it was like hearing some 10 year old with 'my first chords'!
