	The Civ That Would Not Die Support Apolyton, buy Civilization: The Boardgame

Sone Civs appear to survive the complete destruction of all their cities. They have no visible units or cities, but they persist in the diplomatic system. They can declare war on me and make alliances with my enemies, etc. Sometimes they will apparantly found new cities later. Could it be that they have active settlers which survive destruction?

	Lose 30 kilos (of popups)

If they didn't respawn, then there is an active Settler somewhere on the map, sometimes it is on a ship.

	Increase the size of your Attachments

It's interesting that a ship could survive the destruction of cities. Perhaps it unloads and then disappears.
