I have a humble suggestion for the PAC - proposed changes to the constitution. (The constitution says amendments to the constitution must be put forward by the PAC, so seeing I'm not in the PAC what I say here has no real value and are only humble suggestions).
There are a large number of ministries, councils etc. that have no set definition in the constitution, and I humbly suggest that definitions and roles for the following administrational bodies be defined in an amendment:
Commissioner of Foreign Affairs, Commissioner of General Security, Commissar of Counter Intelligence, Marshall of the Revolutionary Army..., Director of Joint Communications, Director of Military Intelligence, Minister of Information, Editorial Deputy, Promoter of Public Morale, Minister of Scientific Knowledge, Minister of Social Engineering, Minister of Industry and Development, Commisar of Economic Development, Commisar of Infrastructure.

So long as I’m not the one to define the positions. So any suggestions as to what the duties of the ministries should be, please write them up, and submit the formal request to the CCC for editing.
) is the head of th CMC. It is already stated that he (or she) is the head of the army in the constitution. The DMI and the DJC are subordinate to him and appointed by him (or her). The DMI's job is to gather useful intelligence, promote international revolution, and engage in counter-intelligence operations for the military. The DJC's duties are to keep the Marshal informed regarding important events and to aid the Ministry of Information when it so requires. The DJC is also responsible for publishing notices, charts, etc relating to military action.
