Stealth bombers keep on killing me.
What defense can i use?

The absolute best defense against stealth bombers is to kill your opponent before they hit the Info. age. Seriously.

The Global Prosperity tech, which allows Stealth Bombers, is intended to be a game ending technology. If your opponent has it, consider your game over.

my stratergy is put the 4-5 airbase in one city,then load the fighter and make a rally around the city

Support Apolyton, buy Civilization 2

Your standard ground based air defenses in combination with a few Airbases hotkeyed with Fighters (preferabbly Stealth, but Jet will work...) ready to scramble should do the trick.

Once the fighters have IDed and engaged the bombers the air defenses do as well and then you can splash some Spirits, no problem.

They refuse to attack!.
