	Morons on Amazon Remove this text

I already have the game, and I enjoy it alot, so I decide to go to Amazon.com to see how people are reviewing the game, and I started laughing my a$$ off when I noticed about 1/2 of what all is being said about how "bad this game is" is their own stupidity "When I met all the system req" when they didn't or saying the only single player mode is conquer the world mode, lol, he still hasn't even found out about quick battle and he's already complaining about RoN lacking one....

Hehe, they're so funny. One basically says "I went to the support forums and other people are having game crashes. I think I'll return my copy". Another says "I downloaded the drivers and they said wrong version, see I told you Microsoft Support was wrong".

There's so much misinformation there, it's scary. The conspiracy theorist in me would believe there's a dedicated smear campaign being done by EA to avoid RoN knocking them off the top sales spot...

Time to type up a *real* review and debunk some of the misinformation over there.

Lol, reading the conspiracy theorist theory had me laughing my ass off, nice one!

As for the review, I agree, we should write some real review to let people know the truth about the game. are you registered at Amazon? I'm not, i assume it's complicated (Credit card info, etc....) So i haven't bothered yet, if you are, how bad is the registration process?

Some of the hardware problems in the Amazon reviews sound "very serious" but my favorite is from the guy who is "running WinXP on a Pentium 4 from IBM."

Well, these are probably the casual gamers that don't know a lot about computers, and they get screwed over when a game is released without being finished. Also they probably don't keep up on patches and forum info.

true, but if they're going to make the effort and post a review on Amazon, I think they need to take the responsibility and atleast have a informed review.
some do have a informed review, both good and bad, which I don't have a problem with, just the ones who don't take the time and look at the problems there having and see if there is a way to fix them. Some make the effort to post a bad misleading review but not the effort to download the latest driver/patch etc,

When it comes to games, popular opinion is not something I rely heavily on. Look at how many people play "The Sims" and all the lame expansion packs. That whole series sucks, yet there are tons of people that love those games.
