Rocky Horror is visting Haifa We've got an excellent cast and a decent audience

I'll try to get a camera to post pictures here (hopefully those pictures won't get me banned .... No, no, hopefully I WILL get pictures that would get me banned if I post them )

We'll have cute girls, cute boys, cute.... um.... undefinables () and all in a magnificently perverse atmosphere. Hurray!

I love the RHPS but alas I can't come this time. A family event, and of all places in scary Netanya (close to PA border, mucho terracts).

It's been a while and I will certainly go if there's another one before I go to the army.

They are a good cast in Haifa. Several of my school mates. Funny guys.

If you remember, I was among a RHPS cast (though I had a very small part - the blocke who gets married in the beginning) when we made a special RHPS show in our education center auditorium.

It was crowded. Thrice the number of people that usually come to Haifa or Ramat Ha-Sharon.

I am happy to announce that my parents took my sister and I to see RHPS when I was 12 (sis was 15). This was at a local movie theater, back when you were allowed to bring squirt guns and toast and all. A hell of a lot of fun, and my parents (and I) have remained RHPS fans since.

To be fair, they (my folks) had seen it previously and had deemed it acceptable for our viewing. Strange people, my folks; Republicans, yet strangely liberal in many respects. Gotta love 'em.

No money. Here I've got my subscription and I can walk to the theatre. This will only be my third and hopefully fourth time. But it's great fun!
My friend doesn't want to come cuz he thinks it's stupid and lost its originality and become "trademarked" ( I dont' know how to explain... Memushar - siro, translate?). I think he is missing the point.

I think it's fun. I've been to 5 or 6 shows, and played (1 minute ) in one of them.

Grraar. I can't get tickets. A cast member has offered me a ticket if I let her humiliate me publicly but I need 20 shekels too... I am broke. Grrrrr. We'll see. If I get 4 people to give me 5 shekels..

Official Site...read up before you go and go with friends 'cause it isn't as fun when you go alone. Strangers are usually friendly and accepting of all virgins, but there's always that one assh*le in every group...and sometimes they find each other and merge to form into their own group...

It played at the Biograph Theater down the block from where I lived for years... every Saturday at midnight.

I've probably seen it 100 or more times. I own the special 25 years of absolute pleasure DVD. It's a great cult flick. I was doing the time warp before some of the posters here were even born

Just to be pedantic only the film is called "The Rocky Horror Picture Show"...the stage show is simply "The Rocky Horror Show".
