Both. The areas to the south and east of Sheepsta of course are international waters, but to the north and west are the waters of coalition members.

Marijuania maintains its three naval formations, 1) In an arc to the East of Alecrast to defend against missiles and aircraft, as well as naval assault, 2) In the straights between Alecrast and Centralis to reinforce the arc and defend the West, and 3) in a block to the South East of the defensive arc to cut off any attempts at a flank and destroy an attack, or to aid any proactive action. At this stage, this latter formation will remain in its position, we can leave the blockade to others, but if the ships of our allies are attacked, we shall come to their defence.

We have another superbattleship, 3 advanced battleships and 10 heavy cruisers moving to reinforce the third formation.

Sheepsta retains the fact that this blockade is in fact illegal and is in violation of the letter of international law, as Sheepsta was not legally a member of either treaty.

Since Noosland is geographically the closest nation to the Sheepsta, the country plagued by turmoil, we are extremely displeased to see a warmongering government arising therein.

As of today, our naval elements have been operating in international and territorial waters.
