	What to do with panag?? Got spare money?

Alright, this is getting on mine as well as quite a few other peoples nerves.

Panag has posted in the topped threads that are marked DO NOT REPLY for the FOURTH time. He is showing a HUGE disregard for the rules and has not learned his lesson.

Is there anything we can do to punish him, at least temporarily? This isn't personal, but it is highly frustrating.

I think a temporary removal from the ISDG forum and a public apology to the team for disregarding the rules is in order.

If there's little objection I will ask MarkG about this.

I'd agree with a temporary removal, for about 20-30 turns, but wouldn't object to a longer removal, or a permanent expulsion (though something permanent would be disproportionate, IMHO).

This is just friggin unbelievable.

First he posted in the Correspondnce thread. In my next post where I had the link to the Moderated Chat Log, he actually replied in that thread to my warning him not to do so.

before he edits his post this is what he said:

how would you feel if i start to point out in a thread every single mistake you have ever made , ....

and read , the answer is there , ......

personal , it aint you say , oh really , .... , .... one can wonder then what you write to some when its personal , but that has nothing to do with this , .....

a post is made , i feel something important has to be said about it , i post , and then bang , .... yeah sure , whatever , .....

or do you want each and every single player maybe to make a new thread each time they feel like pointing something out , we shall end up then with a cazillion threads that no-one shall read , ....

posting the same post in three , four , sometimes ten threads , no thanks , thats spam and it serves no purpose , ....

The Correspondence Thread is for correspondence only. All discussion regaring those chats is done in the team threads and if the situation warrants it, in a new thread or poll.

Apparently you think you are above all that, that if you feel you can post wherever you want then it is all right. Well, it's not. This team has rules, and we abide by them, I see no reason why YOU shouldn't.

Not only have you posted in that thread, you have replied TWICE. That shows really what little respect you have for this team, its members, and its rules. If you do not like a rule, you propose to change it, not break it whenever you feel like it.

Furthermore, the Correspondence Thread is a Foreign Affairs thread, as Deputy FAM I have every right to edit and ask for the removal of any post which I feel is not in place.

I think this debate is closed panag, you have shown to not have the maturity nor the tact of belonging to the Apolyton Team. Unfortunately I do not have the final decision on this matter, but I hope and expect the consuls to take the necessary steps for your removal.

Panag should be banned for a period of time ranging from 3-7 days. That period of time should be doubled if he does this again in the future.

panag, you are clearly wrong. We have rules for our team. If you cannot follow them then you are not acting like a team member. You seem to have your own agenda. If you want to discuss anything related to the game, there are plenty of threads already open to discuss what is said about our official PM's. If you feel the need to start a new thread on a subject you feel is rather important, then you have the right to do so.

What you don't have a right to do is to post inside of threads that are clearly labled for specific purposes.

I'm going to ask MarkG to remove you from our team for a period of 2 weeks because your continued and protracted actions of disregarding rules set by our team.

panag, please stop and think for a moment about what I am about to say.

You have posted in the topped threads before. The ones that begin with posts asking that no one respond within those threads. Those threads are not for discussion. Why do you insist on posting comments in threads where comments are not welcome, and where everyone respects that except you?

Please consider well your response. I do not relish this team having to deal with discipline for any member. However, if a member refuses to observe common courtesies then I fear we may have no choice.

I ask you this, do you promise to leave the topped threads alone unless you have official information to post?

Oh, and if I may, I ask Master Zen and panag to ignore each other in this thread. We do not need to add flames to the mix.

In case anyone has not noticed, the A is missing from panag's profile. I believe he has quit the team. That would be confirmed by his not showing up on the member listings.

Since this thread no longer serves a purpose, and since further discussion would be pointless since the issue is solved, I am going to lock this thread so that it does not go in directions that none of us should be proud of.
