I think they should cut out a state... then they'd have 24... and can have another circle around the original circle . Or maybe you can put a star in the middle too .

Besides three also 1, 2, 4, 6 and 12. It's the smallest number that can be divided by so many other numbers. Ten only by 1,2, 5 and 10. The decimal system sucks!

#1: The only europe-specific flag shape combine in an aesthetically pleasing way with the current design.
