Should we run things like this? Support Apolyton or Terrorists Win

My brothers in the sun! After much wise discussion with the talented and very tanned members of our great team that were in our chatroom (#FSGO!), the following idea was proposed and got some great reviews:

The Way We Will Run Things:

EVERY person on this team will find and do a job that suits him. Everyone has a special gift that he was born with and everyone will contribute to the team along the lines of what he does best.

Some of us will work at getting along with the people outside of Sunshinia.

Some of us are good at running our cities.

Some of us are good at planning where to put our cities.

Some of us are good at making maps and naming things.

... therefore EVERYONE on this team will be a Minister/Advisor/Guru on something. No one will be without a job and title. Everyone will do his part to make Sunshinia a wonderful place.

However, Team Sunshine will still need a leader, so here's how we'll fix that:

In the beginning the wise BigFree will lead us, but after 10 turns, the equally wise E_T will take over. 10 turns after that, someone else from the team will step forward and lead us, and we will continue the tradition of having a new leader every 10 turns.

No one has to be leader, but everyone who wants to be the leader should be given the chance.

Our leader will still continue to do his former job, he'll just have extra leadership duties.

Our leader makes decisions for all of us, breaks ties and (although unlikely) disagreements, and makes rules only when rules are needed to keep things sunny.

No one will change jobs unless they choose to and if there's a problem our leader will have a chat with the person, work things out, and allow us to continue to be happy again.

What do you think? Isn't this a great way to run our happy nation?

I think it may be better to calculate things according to real time. For example, each leader has 3 weeks before we switch.

*MrHappy pours some sugar and other happy things on Trip to make him realize that knowing you'd be the leader by a certain turn number is good enough.
