I am looking for a file which would allow me to edit saved games. I am playing a game in which my civ has reached an enormous size and I am unchallanged. I thought it would be fun to edit a saved game so I can make parts of my empire into an alternative civ, have a civil war of sorts.
Is there a download which could make this possible?
