Just a quick explanation here: in the first DemoGame the Constitution was formed that encapsualted all the rules we had decided to play by - what the President and Ministers could and couldn't do, and giving a Court powers to examine any disputes or issues and rule on them, including conflivts of interest between Exec.

The Senate is every participating member of the team except those in Government positions like Ministers etc. They could request the Court investigate things, post polls and propose amendments to the Constitution.

We currently don't really have any of this, just in practice the same rules as this. What is proposed here is to reexamine this for this new game, possibly give non-Ministers greater roles in the game, etc.

If you think things can be any better, this is exactly where to post your thoughts!

BtW - Does anybody speciffically want to bring the court back? If so, I will ask and look to appoint two judges this month. Any volunteers?

New Con, sure if you feel up for it.

Senate? Eh, it's just another word for Citizen last I remember. That is a part of the newcon no?

Count me as banana in all. If there is a mini game I might participate.

Oh, and GK, Ill volunteer for Justice if we need such things.
