IIRC, a much larger Royal Navy and some more Allied troops (and/or industry) in France. Just general balancing in the Allies' favor.

No railroads allowed. I don't think allies need more troops; I'll be allies and try it out myself. Prehaps the royal navy could be enlarged. Anyway Darius, which civ do you want to be?

If my opinion matters at all... I'd prefer Darius to be Germany. Germany calls for a solid, and consistant player with skill to make this PBEM interesting. Darius more than meets those requirements.
