Is there any way to build wonders other then to try and draw a wonder card in the conquest game? I go turn to turn and always see the same cards, they never seem to change. The real point of my question, is if there are any ways to build wonders, other then luck of the draw.

No, not that i'm aware of

There are two spaces on the map where you can pick up wonder cards. The southern most south american land and india. As for always having the same cards show up, I think they stay the same until you buy one. If you have spare tribute just buy the best one there is to try and cycle through to the excellent treach/sabotage cards.
