	wonder per city/caravan limit Lose 30 kilos (of popups)

if anyone has found these settings please tell me which files theya re in and what the string is as i can not find them. also cant find commerce max cap but there is already a thred about that.

arg everything else is easy to find but for soem reason they made these hard to find.........must be editable though because egyptians can have 2 per city adn one of the wonders boosts your caravan limit

think i may know what the problem is as far as caravan and city limits - while some factors which are controlled by library reaserch seem to have settings in rules.xml relating to the levels of library reaserch (pop limit - military; commerce limit - commerce are both this way) many settings for library reserches are missing and techrules just has icon stuff - no rules about what the reserches actually do
