Very cool. How would one use this in the game so that just the Egyptians use it for their spearman?

Well, u need to install it (there are very good tutorials here and at civfanatics) then create it in the editor and select Egypt only (give it the stats you want). Unselect Egypt for traditional spearman then it will be replaced by this spearman.

Actually I wasn't going to change the stats but just use it as the graphic for the existing spearman, except Egypt only. I just have absolutely no clue how to modify anything in Civ 3.
