The Catholic Church of Sheepsta has declared that Field Marshall Dunning in his attempt to curb the Catholic faith in Sheepsta. Cardinal Leo VI has claimed the title of Lord Protector Leo IV.

While the ex-Field Marshall was being executed in the major square of Chopsu, the Lord Protector began his laying out his policies of allowing democracy to return to Sheepsta.

The proposed new Holy Empire will be a constiutional theology, kind of based on the United Kingdom model with the Church instead of the monarchy heading it.

Popular demonstartions confirmed that the new Holy Empire is loved by all and the Armed Repblic of Sheepsta is now dead.

Lord Protector Leo IV however has said that the democratisation of Sheepsta cannot begin until the blockade is lifted. Also he has pointed out that the Sheepstan military is to revolutionarised with size cutting employed. Technology is to be greatly emplyed in the future.

Archaic: Yes, they have favoured Catholics for a while, and now they are going further.

Akiria is dismayed by this event, both by the fact that Sheepsta is continuing to be unstable, and by their choice of leaders. While Akiria will discuss and debate with anyone, and recognises the new government, they insist that stability must be brought to Sheepsta. I am willing to put myself forward as mediator between the factions of Sheepsta, to try to resolve this continuing upheaval.

Lord Protector Leo IV ha unveiled a plan that is redying Sheepsta for a return to democracy after the blockade ends.

6 mnths after the blockade ends elections on local and state levels are to be held.
12 mnths after the blockade ends federal elections are to be held.
The head of state will remain the church, however the Lord Protector will include the freedom to expression and relgion clause in the new Holy Empires constituion.

Akira: While we admire your determintaion your services will not be needed mainly due to the fact that under the continued leadership of the church this new Democratic Empire of Sheepsta will be stable. There will be no longer unstability in Sheepsta. Dissident groups are being cracked down on at the moment.
