Origins of Team monkey, history of the world, and anthropology for those humans.... Support Apolyton, buy GURPS/ Alpha Centauri

Im working on a grand project... which is a pre-history of the world. So far I dont have anything on paper, but I have some ideas floating in my head. It involves aliens, autopsy tests, explanation on origins of humanity and why we monkeys are so much superior....

Lets not hope it doesnt turn out to be too much like planet of the ape-ish (I added the alien part because of that )

Any input for this project would be appreciated.

Oh and come up with / submit your monkey name here if you want to take part in the story. If not Ill prolly come up with a name for you, or use ur poly acct name.

Suffering from ads?

Dr. Cornelius.

Or maybe the Orson Welles character. In fact, he's even better.

OK, well, I like the idea. Simian Pygmaeus, the old Orangutan, gives his approval, and wants to be a character!

(beats stick against log in anticipation)

Simian Pygmaeus

Get a bigger avatar today!

How about a history when the various species of primates ruled the world as separet civilizations, and then they progressed through to the modern age - where nuclear warfare, pollution, and of course rampant deforestation, destroyed the civilized world.

The few simians left in the world banded together for survival as Team Monkey, vowing to never allow this to happen to the world again.

A sort of planet of the apes post apocalyptic theme.

Got spare money?

Heh. I like it too. I can assist as well.

The Orangutan Empire was once incredibly gigantic, of course, until the baboons decided to go to war...knuckle-heads...

Support Apolyton, buy Call to Power 2

The Macaques were a quiet, philosophic yet scientific civilization. Lots of libraries and temples and meditation.

We got caught in the cross-fire between the Orangutans and the Baboons.

Support Apolyton, buy Civilization: The Boardgame

Aye, I know your trouble, brother.

You see, we too were a very philosophically-minded culture. Indeed, we to this day like to drink tea with Buddhists. But, as you will note, we are usually basking in the sun, thinking, or writing poet with little pokey-sticks in our stumps.

The Baboons were a shameful bunch. To this day, no Orangutan will speak to one of those red-rumped fellows.
