Lose 30 kilos (of popups)

I used to have Legion, the predecessor to Chariots of War. I sold it because it just lacked something that made me want to keep playing. And it wasn't very historical, which I would like to see in a Roman-based game. Supposedly Chariots of War has made many changes to the concepts of the game, but I don't think I'll be investing the money. I'll save my Paradox money for Victoria.

When i played Civ 2 and Civ 3, they were not very historical and you are a player of Civ i presume ?

In Civ 3 Conquests we will have historical scenarios ...
And Chariots of War will have few historical scenarios !!!

What fun of modifying History of the World ...

Rome beated by Carthage, Babylone destroyed by Sumer, Uruk rulling the fertile crescent, Israel and Juda destroyed by Egypt !!!

If not, it's not a game !!!

What do you think ?

www.slitherine.co.uk for details on Chariots of War

It isn't out here yet but I too would be most interested to hear peoples impressions after they've tried it.
