Mine all grassland tiles that are to be used in Izzardia. We don't need the food but we definitely need the production as our grassland tiles are not shielded.

Sure, the grassland tiles will be mined, but cow grass is a different matter, faster growth means more shields and better income.
Means faster expansion.....
