I want to change how I look
this is how I look right now
how I have looked often for a while recently is
no beard (often not clean shaven though)
short hair (not enough to stick up, but close)
I usually let my hair grow to about the length it is now before cutting it
as you can see I am trying a beard
I am wondering if I should try something else also

damn you look like a mess... especially with your eyes like that...
alright, i'll tell you what to do. go to a barber and tell them to cut your hair real short. not so short that you dont got the colour but still real short. ask him to square off your side-burns and fade them out. try to get that slick fresh cut, not this mess you got now.
ask your barber then to work on your face. i suggest getting rid of everything except a bit of a goatee. MAYBE keep a thin line of hair connecting your chin to your side-burns along the jaw but that would require way too much maintenience to shave around and what not.
i aint exactly a good model for this but something along the lines of what i got in this picture...

i do find it funny though how philadelphians are portrayed on commercials and what not... always got that south philly italian accent and mannerism.
