Slightly Miffed! Support Apolyton, buy Alpha Centauri

i was going to make the topic STUPID FAT ****ING ****SUCKERS WHO PISS ME OF!!!! but decided to tone it down a little bit.
This guy drives me mental. Comes in crashes the computers constantly, blames me, gets in my face and in general pisses me off.

No one else crashes the computer. Says my customer relations needs working on, well he can just go **** himself.

Says he is going to talk to my manager. GOOD! cos i'm talking to my manager on msn and he thinks hes is a fat **** too.

He came in today and I told him he was banned. So he whinged a bit and said he would be quiet and not make any noise give him another chance etc.

You can only deal with these people through extreme punishment.

First, identify him in your mind as an *******. Associate him with the concept of "*******". Then, deal with him much harder than the minimum is. Time his whining. The longer he rants about it, the less you will cave in like you did. Execute him with no mercy. This will ensure you have no long-lasting problems.
