One immediate point springs to mind. Lego have only one luxury - not without good reason are they building Sistine, and I expect them to go for Bach too. Those two will keep them happy up to around size 12, but they'll need luxuries to support the super-metros we fear. Could be tricky for them if gangbanged.

btw - Good work on reviving these topped threads, T - we need an informative structure for people to be able to follow and join in.

Thanks for updating the topper, vulture. Here's the latest :

Peace established with ND, furs-for spice agreed in diplo (see log) - can enact in-game over next two turns.

RP - are recieving furs, incense and iron from us, but will have their own incense soon when their borders expand in Estonia. They have offered to pay us for Gunpowder (and we'll be giving them astro too - not least so their galley can get home safely) but we so-far suggested they could put gpt into research - though if they're going 40-turn it won't be worth it.

ND : we have a second trade with them. It might not be in the log as it was done in-game following a note on the turn save email saying "wanna second lux trade?". It can be worked out from the F4 when it opened.

GoW : The terms are 300g compensation + 100g price difference Chem/Physics + 100 price diff Metallugy/Magnetism, with the 300 coming after they've got Metallurgy, and the other 200 when we deliver Magnetism and they've saved up for it, I think. It depends when they can finish Mil Trad.

RP : We are also giving them our tech, subject to NDA and devaluation-for-rivals considerations.

I updated the ND trades, however I've got no clue anymore when the GoW trades happened... when did we get flight, when did we get amph. warfare... if anyone still knows these dates, please help.

Can you tell from loading the save as it was when you sent it out? I forget if PTW has the details like in C3C so you can see all the active turns for each trade.

I don't have C3C, so I'm not sure if I understand you. You can see active deals, but previous deals like e.g. sending techs? No, you can't see that.

This save can load in C3C, I'm not certain how legitamate that would be.

Oh, and of course, you can't see active deals, if that screen crashes the game for you. This has not been changed, so I can only guess that one of these days, we're going to need Gramphos' help again.
