Isn't that sign rather rude in some countries? it was similar to the raised middle finger in my school among some language sections.

he's corrupt... he's only become PM because he controls a majority of his country's media, talk about ****ism (advocate of the rich and all). he's just an evil right winger in a coalition with more evil right wingers. and his government produces laws to protect him from legal causes.
