I have a few questions regarding the Official SMACX v2 bug list:
1) The bug list is official. Does this mean that Firaxis has anything to do with it? Or is it just the official Apolyton bug list?
2) Is the bug list still being updated?
I'd like to know this, since: a) I've found fixes to several bugs (e.g. fixable errors in the alphax.txt). b) Fixed bugs leave empty entries in the bug list, and I was wondering if some of the BugIDs could be changed to replace the empty BugIDs - but it is important to maintain the public reference feature.
I've made a converted easy-navigation updated offline version of the list, which I find easier to consult when I need bug information.
You can find it here:

Edit: Added link to bug list

I appreciate your efforts Rubin, but there will be no more patchs for SMAC/X so the bug list (fixed or not) is a moot point. If you need to sate your curriosity I recommend looking at the Readme.txt file in the patch, which lists what bugs and improvements were made with each patch/iteration.
