Health care providers don't vairy much in thier services, it is the individual doctors we should be allowed to choose from, but then the sucky doctors would complain.

And if you do get nationwide insurance coverage (the government negotiating on behalf of blocks of people), then you should be able to pick individual doctors. The sucky ones will just go out of business .
