	New win32 clients Put an end to popups!

I've compiled two new win32 clients. They are the GTK+ 2.0 and SDL clients. Be aware that they are pre-beta, and likely to be infested with angry bugs.

There is already a bug noted in the SDL client: The links to the server are wrong, and you need to edit them, or start the server by clicking on the executable directly, in order to start it. This is what you do: Right click on the link to the server (desktop or start menu), then select edit. Remove "-t deluxe" from the link, then select 'ok'. Fixed!

Note that the GTK+ client only works for Windows 2000 and XP.

They were compiled with gcc under mingw32.
